About me
I believe that every significant moment in life should be honoured in just the right way.
As an independent celebrant I am not restricted or legally bound so my script can reflect religious and cultural elements, symbolic rituals and heartfelt moments that are special and meaningful to you.
Whatever the occasion, I listen to your story and I write everything uniquely for you as an individual, as a couple, as parents or as bereaved family
On the day I am completely prepared so that your ceremony is everything you dreamed of.
I will tell your story with warmth, respect, gentle humour and above all love,
so that your ceremony remains in the hearts of you and your guests long after the event.
I am always pleased to help families at times of bereavement so do call me if you would like me to honour your loved-one.
I undertake a small number of weddings, each year so that every couple receives my full attention - please contact me to check availability and book a meeting to discuss your day!

The funeral or memorial I create will fully reflect and honour the person you have lost;
celebrating their story, their personality, their achievements & their uniqueness.
I will capture their impact on the world and on the people that were touched by their existence
I lead Funerals & Memorials with dignity, warmth and the genuine care that every family deserves at the most difficult times.
About Celebrant Clare
My Experience
Through my background in Education, Training, Social Care and counselling I have acquired exemplary skills in empathic listening and an exceptional ability to get to the heart of people's stories. My years of understanding and advocating for people's needs has given me a gift for telling stories in a way that shines a light on their unique experience, gifts and connections.
Creating my own wedding celebration showed me that a civil marriage couldn't provide space for the full expression of our unique love story or the rituals to represent the formation of our unique family.
My mother's funeral showed me the power of a funeral ceremony to not only honour the lost loved one but support a family through the process of their grief beyond the ceremony itself.
Now, as a Celebrant, I am on a mission to give the families I serve the opportunity of a ceremony that uniquely captures and support the love they want to express
